The parc du Draveur was created to pay tribute to drivers, these “log tamers”, like people used to call them back in the days. The park has an interpretation centre about log drive, where you can learn more about this out-of-the-ordinary and dangerous profession.
Outside the museum, a steel statue represents a driver in action. Drivers contributed to the development of the region, and you can learn more about their way of life with the interpretation panels.
