Centre d'interprétation du Patrimoine de Plaisance

Open year round

Relive the History of the City

At the museum of the Centre d'interprétation du Patrimoine de Plaisance, you will have the chance to discover the permanent exhibitions Plaisance: Three Villages and L'Aventure du bois dans l'Outaouais (the wood adventure in the Outaouais region). These two exhibitions tell you about the history of the city through the different epochs and industries that settled on the territory throughout the years.

In these exhibitions, you will have the opportunity to admire objects, paintings, photographs and artefacts to help you understand the evolution of the city. During the low season, from November to May, the museum presents temporary exhibitions and cultural workshops.
