The municipality of Fort-Coulonge has an architectural heritage that will please everyone. In this town, you can admire three outstanding houses built at the end of the 19th century and the Maison Toller “Spruceholme”, built in 1875, and which kept its original furniture and pictures of the time.

Cycling enthusiasts can bike along the PPJ Cyclopark to visit the village and its attractions. To discover the history of wood industry in the region, visit the Coulonge. You will enchanted by the waterfalls and the beautiful 2,500-foot-deep canyon. Apart from the pedestrian paths, the bridges, the viewpoints and the picnic areas, you will also find a wooden slide along the canyon that goes around the waterfalls to allow pine logs to reach the Outaouais River back in 1840.
